How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What is your return policy for electronic items?

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Do the products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all electronics sold on Concept Kart are 100% authentic and come with a standard brand warranty. The duration of the warranty depends on the specific product and manufacturer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled through the 'My Account' section as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once the product is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
